1. Platform Scope & Verified Listings
ITISAN operates as a high-integrity real estate discovery, master-planned project management, and institutional deal platform. All layout geometries, plot numbers, pricing metrics, and statutory approvals displayed are synchronized with authorized master records.
2. Quotations & Real Estate Reservations
- Digital Quotations issued through ITISAN are time-limited agreements subject to the expiration timestamps stated on the secure token link.
- Unit reservations and holds are subject to receipt of formal earnest money deposits and statutory agreement executions with the registered developer or landholding entity.
- Inventory status transitions (AVAILABLE → RESERVED → BOOKED → SOLD) are processed transaction-safely to eliminate double bookings.
3. Institutional Data Room & NDA Confidentiality
Users requesting access to the ITISAN Deals Desk and confidential Data Rooms agree to maintain the strict confidentiality of title searches, executive investment memorandums (IM), architectural cadastre drawings, and pro-forma models. Unauthorized distribution is legally prohibited.
