- Institutional Due Diligence: Accredited entity details, authorized signatories, and NDA records for private data room dossiers.
- Technical Metadata: IP address, device telemetry, browser type, and interaction events for fraud prevention and security auditing.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your information is exclusively utilized within the authorized ITISAN CRM and sales pipeline:
- To route inquiries to authorized senior property advisors and sales managers.
- To issue cryptographically secure, expiring Site Visit tokens and digital quotation agreements.
- To verify identity and enforce non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) for institutional deals.
